Its been a busy summer hog roasting all over lancashire, manchester and cheshire. We have had great response and it feels like roasting a full pig or lamb is getting more and more popular. We had a great day also in bradford where we got the chance to cater for the celebrity chef james martin, who sampled our homegrown lamb and said it was excellent and even came back for seconds. We are looking forward to the festive season, where we have people ordering our homegrown turkeys for a special christmas treat.
